County Durham based construction company, Esh Group, which has a turnover in excess of £50m and which currently employs over 520 people, has embarked on a major recruitment programme as part of the Company's ongoing expansion plans.

The Group includes a number of construction related companies, namely, Lumsden & Carroll, Dunelm Castle Homes, Deerness Fencing, Bartram Walker Building Services, Dunelm Property Services and NECT training and is currently seeking to fill some 60 positions.  The posts range from Group Business Development Manager, Contracts Managers and other supervisory roles through to general operatives for the construction and fencing businesses.

The recruitment drive comes as work on the Group's new purpose built £2m headquarters at Bowburn is nearing completion.  The 9-acre site includes a brand new 2,000 metre-squared office block, which will be the base for all staff of the Group's eight companies together with storage, service and fabrication areas.
