Esh Group has announced the appointment of Mark Hibbert as Marketing Co-ordinator.   A graduate in Physics from the University of Durham, Mark has wide experience of supporting development and ‘best practice’ of Key Performance Indicators in construction.  This was developed in his position as Regional Co-ordinator for 'Rethinking Construction' North East.  His role at Esh Group will be to support innovation and to develop best practice throughout all the Group companies.  Mark will continue to work part time for Rethinking Construction where he has a specific role as co-ordinator for demonstration projects throughout the Region.

'Rethinking Construction' is the national initiative set up by the DTI following the Latham and Egan reports in the 1990s which highlighted the need for improvement, specifically in quality, efficiency, sustainability and value for money, within the construction sector.  Esh Group was a founder member of Rethinking Construction North East which has this year been renamed 'Constructing Excellence in the North East'.
